Mirati Therapeutics, Inc. today presented data that demonstrated preliminary evidence of clinical activity from its investigational targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor candidate, MGCD265, as part of the developmental therapeutics category at the 2015 American Society of Clinical Oncology Annual Meeting being held in Chicago from May 29-June 2, 2015. The Company also provided updates on its other targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor, MGCD516, and spectrum-selective HDAC inhibitor, mocetinostat.

Epic Sciences announced today that the company will present single cell sequencing data, from metastatic castrate resistant prostate cancer patients, at the 2015 annual meeting of the American Society for Clinical Oncology. Clovis Oncology Inc. took a big step ahead in preparations for filing its new drug application for the experimental non-small cell lung cancer therapy, rociletinib, showcasing data from an ongoing phase II study testing the drug in a group of heavily pre-treated patients, most of whom had developed resistance to current treatments. The company, which plans to use the data as part of a rolling submission to the FDA slated to begin in June, provided the update at the American Society of Clinical Oncology annual meeting.
