One of our business partners from the defence and aerospace domain, is looking for a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist extensive experience in the field of Military Defence Systems The Cyber Security Specialist will be responsible for the integration of cybersecurity into the organisations Ballistic Missile Defence Architectural model. This includes, but is not limited to, alignment with NATO STANAGs, AQAP and Directives as they pertain to the Agencies Communications and Information Agency Cybersecurity Service Line and the NGCS Enterprise WAN. Ballistic Missile Defence BMD Cybersecurity architecture, requirements definition and risk management supporting BMD systems and products. The candidate must have knowledge and experience of cybersecurity engineering and risk management processes. The candidate must have knowledge of services supporting asset criticality, confidentiality, integrity, availability and allocation of services. The candidate must have experience supporting impact analysis for engineering solutions and understand the development of risk management artefacts supporting solutions in compliance with security controls including security plans, test plans and procedures. The candidate must understand the use of foundation systems engineering artefacts describing architectures, requirements, interfaces, use cases, and data flows to develop artefacts that map cybersecurity services. The candidate should understand implementation in multilayered and multitenant environments. The candidate should exhibit a solid knowledge of cybersecurity engineering and risk management within the product and service lifecycle. The activities described above involve generation of documentation in UK English, as well as being involved and communicating with all levels of programme office personnel, stakeholders and National Representatives in conferences and meetings. In addition, there is a strong likelihood that eventually the individual will be working with, and supporting uniformed operators. Minium Qualifications o In possession or eligible for a NATO security clearance o 5 years of securitycybersecurity system engineering o Systems security architecture development o Identity and access management, audits, ports, and protocol services, intrusion preventiondetection, endpoint security, defensive coding practices. o Job requires assignment in The Hague, Netherlands with some travel to other European countries and potentially the United States.

Galileo Security Operations and Validation Engineer Key Tasks and Responsibilities As part of the Galileo Ground Segment Operations Security Unit inside the Galileo Security Office, you will have the following responsibilities Monitor the Galileo Security Operations Engineering activities for the implementation of the System SECOPS including the associated SoC and VCD documents Monitor the Galileo Security Operations Validation activities by ensuring readiness of security procedures for Satellite, Ground Segment and System Test Campaigns Monitor the operational security interfaces to the Mission Level Operational Bodies Flight Key Cell, CDA, GSMC Ensure the Security Operations readiness for GALILEO Services Provision Support the Galileo accreditation process as main interface between the industrial operations teams and the Mission Level Accreditation bodies Support the GALILEO Security Requirements and System Accreditation Unit by ensuring the flow down and implementation of the Mission Level Security Specifications Support the GALILEO Security Requirements and System Accreditation Unit by ensuring that the different Operations Contractors implement the Security Accreditation Methodology and associated outputs Threat Scenario Coverage both As Designed and As Built Coordinate the technical definition, implementation and validation of the operational security measures including ground and space assets coming from Risk Treatment Plans Support the Galileo Anomaly Review Boards and Configuration Control Boards in the area of Security Operational Activities Support the PRS User Communities with respect to the operational activities to be implemented as soon as the Galileo PRS signals are available to them. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree or equivalent education in Electric or Electronic Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering Significant experience in senior position for security operations related activities, with experience in management tasks A proven experience in a commercialindustrial environment is required Experience related to developments in the Galileo project GIOVE, IOV, IOC will be considered an asset The work will require regular travelling to the different Galileo Sites and PRS User Communities Applicants must hold an active security clearance by their national security administration and have previous experience in satellite and ground security operations involving classified and crypto equipment Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
