Serco and Proud Make a difference every day. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Service Quality Controller, based in North Italy. Main Responsibilities The right candidate will take care to carry out the following tasks Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with Customers quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures. Develop and define major and minor characteristics of quality including quality metrics and scoring parameters and determines requisite of quality control resources for an actual task order. Establish and maintain a process for evaluating service deliverables andor assist in the evaluation. Conduct andor participate, if requested, in formal and informal reviews at predetermined points throughout service delivery life cycle. Assess work activities quality and produce relevant reports. Analyse performance monitoring on manged services to verify that service levels are in line with contractual requirements. Work with service team to automate service reporting, and provide relevant information to Service Manager. Provide complete and thorough review of procedures and service documentation. Report status and flags issues to Service Manager and Quality Manager. The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will bring University degree in one of the following fields Computer Science, Information Technologies, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or related areas. At least six 6 years of work experience, with Quality control, quality assurance, Systems development life cycle SDLC. Experience with defining and documenting test plans for Service Release and ReleaseVersions, including the maintenance of the Service Release and ReleaseVersion test plans. Experience with defining, documenting, and maintaining Test Procedures for all test processes. Experience with measuring compliance to the requirements throughout all phases of the lifecycle. Experience with maintaining and providing periodic reports with a defect tracking database for all identified errors, defects, or problems. Experience with verifying software releaseversion and service release installations adhere to appropriate testing guidelines in accordance with the System Development Life Cycle SDLC. Strong working knowledge of ISO Quality Management Systems Standards. Ability to direct and manage team members with day to day activities as well as special projects to assure timely completion. Strong management, leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 platform. Good understanding of ITIL practices and knowledge of the COBIT framework. Certifications in the relevant area of duties are a strong asset. Excellent written and oral command of English. Knowledge of Italian is not mandatory but would be an asset. Capability of integration in an internationalmulticultural environment, rapid selfstarting capability and experience in team working are mandatory. Capacity of achieving schedule and milestones.
