This resolves alleged violations of Clean Air Act (CAA) at CITGO's petroleum refining facilities located in Lemont, IL and Lake Charles (Westlake), LA. Additionally, settlement requires CITGO to implement projects expected to reduce emissions of VOCs, including toxics, by >100 tons over next 5 years.
