Human Resources Assistant Administrator Key Tasks and Responsibilities In this role you will be working at ESAs European Space Astronomy Centre ESAC. You will have the following responsibilities Administration and monitoring of working time arrangements Administration of staff benefits and allowances Administration of recruitment, reassignment and induction of staff and trainees Administration of removal and relocation activities Research, generation of ad hoc reports and statistics Processing requests for issuing and renewing accreditation cards and special car plates from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Other ad hoc duties and special projects as requested.
