Japan RealTime: Strong winds, apparently from a rare tornado, swept through parts of the Tokyo area on Monday afternoon, heavily damaging houses along its path just miles away from the center of the capital city. Woman Hit by Train, In Critical Condition

New Jersey Transit says its Trenton-bound River Line train struck the woman just south of the Burlington South Station at about 9:15 a.m. NJ Transit spokesman John Durso Jr. says eyewitnesses say the woman positioned herself in front of the train and didn't attempt to move out of the way.
