"We're going to make room for whatever our customers are looking for," said Nate Wolejsza , category manager with the Cincinnati-based grocer who buys beer for stores in Cincinnati, Dayton, Knoxville and Nashville told television station WCPO . "As the industry grows and expands, we're trying to be as nimble as possible."

One thing's for sure, he says confidently, his chili can compete with, or top, the best in the U.S. Lasmanis and Charlane, his wife of 40 years, will open JC's Just Chili Friday, March 27, at 1617 W. Fifth Ave. It is a carryout-only operation that offers chili in 8-ounce, pint and quart sizes.
