Strong background in precise orbit determination techniques, preferably gained during the development or operation of a space system. Experience in the design, implementation and use of precise orbit determination software systems Proven knowledge of system engineering standards e.g. CCSDS, ECSS, etc. and methodologies in aspects relevant to space operational systems. Applicants will also understand radio occultation and altimetry data processing principles and will have the ability to understand and synthesise complex issues. A knowledge of Unix systems, FORTRAN and C programming, scripting languages and software configuration management systems would be considered advantageous.

The Mitsubishi Regional Jet , Japan's first commercial jet in half a century, will take to the air for the first time on Wednesday on a test flight, the aircraft's maker said. A successful flight at Nagoya Airport in central Japan on Wednesday morning will mark a major step forward for Mitsubishi Aircraft Corp, a unit of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, in fulfilling a pledge to deliver the first MRJ in June 2017 to Japan's biggest carrier ANA Holdings.

JetBlue Airways is adding a second daily flight between Charleston and Boston starting April 2 to meet increased demand, according to the Charleston County Aviation Authority. “The performance of the first flight was so good that flights were filling up,” said John Checketts, director of route planning for JetBlue.
