Tasks and Responsibilities In close collaboration with the project managers and the Senior Financial Controller Office, initiate, monitor and control all administrative actions related to procurement and contractual matters in particular Prepare the multiyear and annual activity plans, with associated cost plans, manpower plans and schedules Execute cost monitoring and control Liaise with Contract, Budget and Payment Officers to ensure the coherence of the procurement and cost control processes Assist the preparation of tender documents with respect to cost and scheduleplanning requirements and participate in the evaluation of proposals prepare information required for subsequent contract negotiations and participate in all tasks related to the placement of contracts Prepare, verify and distribute any adhoc reportsanalyses as required Coordinate the production of projectsprogrammelevel reports activities, costs, georeturn, etc Additionally Implement the newlydefined evaluation policy across the education programme, develop Key Performance Indicators for each activity and coordinate data collection and analysis prepare, verify and distribute any adhoc reportsanalyses as required Elaborate and maintain coherent and efficient Officelevel management support processes, methods, and tools. They must also possess good communications skills, as well as initiative and autonomy capabilities.
