The trial for one of five people arrested in connection with the death of a man found in an abandoned Downtown building last year was postponed today. Marcus Wayne Adkins, 28, was expected to go on trial Aug. 21 in connection with the death of Gerardo "Mexican Jerry" Luna Jr., 21, but it was postponed in order to coordinate the schedules of defense lawyers and prosecutors.

A Monroe County man is behind bars for allegedly tapping into his neighbor's wireless Internet to download child pornography. Thirty-three-year-old Chad Wieder of Brodheadsville is charged with possessing child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility.

Chad Wieder, 33, of Brodheadsville, is behind bars and facing child pornography charges after he was discovered using his neighbor's unsecured wireless Internet to download child pornography. The investigation began early last month when detectives from the Monroe County District Attorney's Office discovered a computer on a peer-to-peer file sharing network downloading and offering to share child pornography.

A 51-year-old man was arrested Tuesday afternoon on suspicion of leaving several racist, sexist and threatening voice mails on female realtor's phone, police said. Police arrested Raymond Anciaux, 51, of Hercules at about 2:42 p.m. Tuesday on suspicion of repeatedly calling and threatening the realtor, who is black, according to a news release from Hercules police.

NJ Transit Conductors Arrested For Selling Stolen Train Tickets

The Essex County Prosecutor's Office announced on Wendesday that four New Jersey Transit train conductors were arrested as part of an ongoing investigation into the illegal sale of stolen train tickets. Wilbert Townsend, 47, of Woodbridge, Marquise Richardson, 40, of Newark, Robert Nemeth, 67, of Sayreville and Andrew Paloti, 46, of Iselin were arrested in connection with the alleged scheme.
