Position Reference 099 At RHEA Group, you will have the opportunity to work and learn in an exciting environment and to support our activities for demanding security projects. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Monitor and ensure uniformity of corporate security throughout all the RHEA office locations. Define in close collaboration with the RHEA Group CSO the RHEA Corporate Security Program. Actively support and be a driving force in the execution of the following tasks related to RHEA Group security procedures Define and update the security procedures for the RHEA Group Ensure the application of the security procedures for the RHEA Group e.g. through security briefings, awareness sessions, trainings, etc Monitor and ensure uniformity of security throughout all the RHEA office locations Inspect, review and monitor the security program and activities of all companies in the RHEA Group. Define, implement and execute a plan to maximise the number of security cleared staff in the RHEA Group and maximise the access to pools of security cleared professionals to be called upon when RHEA needs them and optimize the communication and direct relation with local NSAs the speed in which security clearance requests are handled by the local NSAs. Manage with the support of the ACSO the proper completion and submission of PSCIS Personnel Security Screening requests and Visit Clearance Requests and related security briefings. Ensure that personnel receive a security briefing upon notification of having been granted a security clearance or reliability status. Ensure that all Key Senior Officials e.g., those personnel in executive or senior management roles are cleared to the highest level of access required and inform SGRSSMISIS of any change to the organizations ownership or change in the list of Key Senior Officials. Maintain a Classified Document Register for receipt and issue of Classified documents for the company and ensure to make them available for future Audit. Monitor the handling and control of ProtectedClassified documents and media. Actively support the investigation into breaches of security or security incidents. Support the annual security inspection and keep report for a period of 3 years. If needed review contract security requirements for compliance possibly together with the CISO. Inform relevant regulatory bodies e.g. SGRS prior to any physical move or new construction, which could affect the protection of sensitive information and assets. Act as one of the RHEA Group point of contact, in addition to and as deputy of the RHEA CSO and supported by the ACSO, for security communications with relevant regulatory bodies e.g. SGRS. Seek out assistance from relevant regulatory bodies e.g. SGRS SGRS for security guidance as required. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory You have a recognised University Degree at least at a Bachelors level and preferably with some specialisation on Security activities. You have at least 56 years of experience working within a corporate and facility security environment. You have in depth and detailed knowledge of and experience with Implementation of physical security procedures and policies within a complex organisation ISO27k implementations, procedures and audits National security clearance procedures incl. Site clearances, Personnel Security clearance and screening requests, visit clearance requests, etc., in Europe, mainly Belgium, Italy, Czech Republic, the Netherlands and Germany. You have experience working with or being in contact with EU Institutions. You have an extensive network in the corporate security field, defence agencies and national security agencies. You have the ability to create a plan and participate in staff awareness and training on security related matters. You are able to represent the organisation both internally and externally in a professional manner. The European GNSS Agency GSA is responsible for the operations and service provision for the European Global Navigation Satellite Systems GNSS EGNOS and Galileo. The Security Accreditation Department provides independent, balanced, timely and comprehensive security risks analysis to support the decisions of the Security Accreditation Board SAB. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Security Accreditation Officer contributes actively to the fulfilment of the Agencys regulatory responsibilities related to the security accreditation of the European GNSS in line with the applicable legislation.
