Power is slowly being restored to 4,500 customers in the city's east end after a natural gas leak forced evacuations and forced Toronto Hydro to cut electricity in the area. Firefighters responded to the leak at Victoria Park Avenue and Kingston Road just before 12:30 p.m. on Friday.
