Samsung Electronics continued to sit on the throne of the world's NAND flash market in the fourth quarter of 2015, data showed Sunday, expanding the gap with other smaller rivals around the globe. The Korean tech giant accounted for 33.6 percent of the market in the October-December period, data compiled by industry tracker DRAMeXchange showed, beating 18.6 percent posted by Japan's Toshiba.
