Professionally, he is president of Contemporary Motorcar Ltd., 4910 Peach St., a partner in Mazda of Erie, 4021 Peach St., and a partner in Roth Cadillac-Audi, 5711 Peach St. As a personal hobby, he buys, restores and sells cars, keeping a small collection of classic, vintage and specialty cars and race cars of his own.

Colorado's economy is apparently going so gangbusters that the Erie town trustees are now considering banning an industry that creates good-paying jobs, provides a product we all need every day and contributes millions to the economy and thousands to our local schools and parks. The oil and gas industry has been one of the only bright spots in an economy that would still be sputtering like it's 2009 without it.
