CHS ANNOUNCES $300,000 COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM Jan. 20, 2015 Source: CHS news release High school students are invited to apply for a $1,000 scholarship from the CHS Foundation, the major giving entity of CHS Inc. , the nation's leading farmer-owned cooperative and a global energy, grains and foods company. The CHS Foundation will award more than 300 scholarships, 100 of which will be given to high school students pursuing agricultural-related degrees at colleges and universities across the country.

CHS PRICES $450 MILLION PUBLIC OFFERING OF PREFERRED STOCK Jan. 19, 2015 Source: CHS news release CHS Inc. today announced the pricing on Jan. 13, 2015, of 18,000,000 shares of Class B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, Series 4 with a dividend rate of 7.500% per annum and a liquidation preference of $25.00 per share. The offering is expected to close on or about Jan. 21, 2015, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
