CHS earnings for fiscal 2015 of $781 million were down 28 percent from more than $1.1 billion for fiscal 2014, reflecting singular events as well as lower margins across CHS energy and agriculture businesses.

AG GROUPS OPPOSE CHS' REQUEST TO CHANGE ITS BY LAWS ALLOWING NON-FARM GROUPS TO JOIN Nov. 10, 2015 Farm and Ranch Guide reports: An association of more than 80 farmer-owned cooperatives in the state that purchase energy products and grain marketing services from CHS, Inc., recently voted to oppose the company's proposed bylaw changes that could affect local profits if non-farmer organizations are allowed to be members of CHS. The Fortune 100 cooperative is currently owned and governed by agricultural cooperatives in communities throughout the region and by individual farmers that do business with CHS.
