The European Global Navigation Satellite Systems Agency GSA has set up a selection procedure that aims to establish a reserve list for Galileo Search and Rescue SAR Service Manager. The Galileo Search and Rescue SAR Service Manager shall report to the Galileo Exploitation Program Manager. Such reporting may change according to potential evolutions of the organisation. Job Description SAP ERP modules in use at our client facilities are FI GL, AP, AR, TV, AA, COPS, HR, MM, SD, SRM, Public Sector Management Funds Management, Business Workflow and SAP Netweaver Portal including Universal Worklist. Our client has also implemented SAP BI, i.e. SAP Business Warehouse and SAP Business Objects to fulfil its reporting requirements. The current number of SAP users is estimated to be around 400. It is foreseen, that the tasks of the Key person will include, as a minimum To provide System Administration support, mostly SAP Authorization Management, including user management, role management, as well as running transports, upon request from the SAP Key User Group. The detailed tasks include, as minimum in all systems SAP ERP, SAP BW, SAP BO and SAP Portal Authorisation and User Management System Administration Portal Administration SAP Workflow Administration To support daytoday operation of the Client SAP Systems To facilitate and coordinate the SAP system change management process. The role is instrumental in helping to control the SAP Change Management Process. Requirements The Key person is expected to have Proven experience and knowledge in providing SAP System Administration Support for SAP ERP, BW and NetWeaver Systems Proven experience and knowledge in providing SAP Authorisation Management Support for SAP ERP and BW Systems Proven experience and Knowledge of SAP Business Objects Administration Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Tools, especially Microsoft Word Fluency in English. In addition to the above, the following will be considered an advantage Knowledge of SAP Portal Administration Basic understanding of SAP workflow concept and models and the ability to review and trace workflow logs and errors Basic understanding of SAP reporting concept, preferably with SAP Business Intelligence Basic understanding of ABAP programming language Knowledge of incident and change management fundamentals and principles, preferably having used processes conforming to the ITIL standard for IT Service Management.

For our activities in ESRIN, we are currently looking for a Finance and Commercial Manager on a fixed term contract with the duration of 12 months with possibilities of becoming permanent. Main responsibilities You will have overall responsibility for the financial and commercial activities of all contracts within a cluster. This includes ensuring all appropriate activity in line with the Financial Operational Manual. You will have the following specific tasks Responsibility for the finance and commercial activities undertaken across the contracts, including Reviewing month end results and commentary Plans, budgets and forecasts Interpreting results into initiatives and plans to improve future results Analysis to drive cost efficiencies and revenue generation Analysis to support the contracts in all decisions Bespoke reports for customer or regulatory requirements Ensuring all balance sheet risks and opportunities are known Proposing judgemental adjustments Requesting and approving SUN changes per the Delegated Authority Matrix. Ideal candidate Requirements You should bring a professional accountant qualification unless exceptional reasons apply, at least 4 years of working experience and the following Ability to demonstrate an understanding and adoption of Sercos governing principles Experience of annual reporting and planning cycles Experience of working in a service centre environment Staff management experience Operational support experience Excellent planning and forecasting skills Excellent accounting skills Good report writing skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Good understanding of finance systems ideally SUNSAP and standardised processes Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
