A vacancy for a PLM Windchill Project Manager mf has arisen within Airbus Defence Space in Toulouse. You will join the Information Management Team and specifically the Solution Definition Development department. IM is the Information Technology IT business enabler and unique IM Business Partner for Airbus Defence and Space. Within the PLM Solution, Airbus Defence Space has chosen Windchill to support its PDM. The Windchill Solution is deployed on several sites and interfaced with different tools MCAD, ECAD, MPR, MES, etc.. The parameterisationcustomisation of our PDM solution is provided by an external integrator. The operational support of the system is managed via a subcontractor bundle. As such, IM has to manage several levels of relationships Relationships with our internal customers in order to define the enhancements of our current solution Relationships with the Windchill Editor PTC to manage standard OOTB defects, Relationships with our Windchill Connect integrator to manage parameterisationcustomisation defects and enhancements of the solution, Relationships with our internal subcontractors in charge of the maintenanceoperational support, Relationships with other IM teams managing tools interfaced with Windchill within our PLM solution, Relationships with the infrastructure team in charge of providing Windchill infrastructure server, network, database, PC. You will be in charge of contributing your expertise in the global management of our Windchill systems inside of the global PLM solution. You will be responsible for managing technical projects technical aspects, planning and budgets as well as activitiespackages. You will be also in charge of the technical relationships with editors, integrators and subcontractors. These activities are often directed across countries stakeholders in GE, FR, UK and SP. This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognised authorities. In this context, you will be responsible for the following activities contributing to the definition of the IM roadmap, managing the technical projects around Windchill such as, for example, a major upgrade of the Windchill version, in charge of applying GPP methodology Airbus Defence Space IM project management methodology, managing activitiespackages, managing the technical activities of our internal subcontractor team in charge of the operations related to the maintenancesupport of the of Airbus Defence Space Windchill solution, managing the technical activities of the infrastructure team server, network, database, PC in charge of providing the Windchill infrastructure, acting as a Windchill Architect to contribute your expertise to the setup of Airbus Defence Spaces Windchill solution with the right level of performances requested by our Business, acting as a Windchill Architect to manage Airbus Defence Space relationships with Windchill Editor PTC, acting as a Windchill Architect to provide expertise for defining the enhancements required by the Business regarding Airbus Defence Spaces Windchill solution, working closely with the IM representative in charge of the other components of the Airbus Defence Space PLM Solution. This role will involve some travel for business 2 to 3 times a year in Europe and as such you must be able to travel accordingly. EUMETSAT, Europes Meteorological Satellite Agency, is recruiting a Programme Manager for METOPC the third in a series of three polar orbiting spacecraft. The successful candidate shall be expected to interface with ESA, CNES, NOAA and Industry partners to ensure all aspects of the programme launch, postlaunch, commissioning and handover to routine operations are coordinated.
