Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehren Sicherstellung der Implementierung aller Qualittsanforderungen im Projekt und beteiligten Organisationen Koordinierung und berwachung aller zuarbeitenden QDisziplinen auf Projektebene z.B. SWQA, MP, EEE, Cleanliness, Dependability, AITQA, Supply Quality, Radiation Vertretung der Produktsicherungsbelange gegenber Projektleitung, Kunde und Unterauftragnehmer Proaktive Identifikation Steuerung Untersttzung von kritischen Entwicklungsprozessen zur Risikominimierung im Projekt Abstimmung der hausinternen und kundenspezifischen Qualittsanforderungen im Projekt Erstellung und Umsetzung des Produktsicherungsplanes sowie der PA Anforderungen fr Unterauftragnehmer Sicherstellung der Erfllung von Produkthaftungsanforderungen sowie Anforderungen aus EN 9100 Eigenstndiges Management der Aufgaben im Bereich Produktsicherung sowie Koordinierung der Zuarbeit anderer Bereiche. Sicherstellung einer klaren QOrganisation im Projekt Management von Fehlermeldungen NCRs Non Conformance Reports von der Erstellung, Ursachenanalyse, Abhilfemanahmen, Koordination von NonConformance Review Boards NRBs bis hin zum Closeout auf Level 1, 2 und 3 berwachung der Qualitt der Unterauftragnehmer entsprechend den Projektanforderungen Veranlassung und Durchfhrung von Lieferantenaudits bei besonderen Projekterfordernissen Sicherstellung der berprfung von Alarm und Warnmeldungen Sicherstellung der Qualifikation von besonderen Fertigungs und Integrationsprozessen Sicherstellung der Risikobewertung und kontrolle im Projekt Monatliche Qualittsberichterstellung und Verstndigung des Qualittsmanagements ber bedeutende NCRs Die Bereitschaft zu regelmigen Dienstreisen wird vorausgesetzt. They must have knowledgeexperience in cost modelling and financial planning, ideally in the aerospace sector. A vacancy for a Supply Chain Manager Thermal and Structure Flight Equipment mf has arisen within Airbus Defence Space in Toulouse for the OneWeb project. The OneWeb project aims to provide permanent and affordable web connectivity throughout the world. Airbus Defence Space was selected by OneWeb as a partner for developing and producing a new generation of 900 satellites, leading to a revolutionary change in our Space industry and creating the first mass production of satellites in history. You will join the COO team and will work under the responsibility of the Procurement and Supply Chain Manager. You will especially be in charge of Thermal and Structure flight equipment and will be the main and official point of contact towards the suppliers in charge of managing the subcontract execution OnTime and OnCost performances as a priority but also Onquality. Thanks to supplier intimacy, you will acquire an indepth knowledge of the equipmentsuppliers to an effective control of the suppliers and will coordinate the interfaces of all the stakeholders involved in the suppliers management procurement, technical, quality, material processes, commercial contract. Due to the specific features of the 900 satellites constellation for Oneweb, you will also be a main actor for the suppliers development, when necessary. As a focal point towards the suppliers, your main tasks and responsibilities will include o Consolidating all aspects of Supplier Statement of Work and monitoring its execution, o Managing all aspects of the subcontract execution, in particular being responsible for OT OC OQ delivery of equipment and related documentation services, o Managing daily the supplier from subcontract kickoff to delivery of all deliverables chairing progress meetingsdesigning reviewsproduction, reviews including quality gates by delegation, leading deviationwavering process, leading nonconformance process, leading change process, and as such coordinating the interfaces of all stakeholders involved in supplier management technical, quality, material processes, commercial contract, o Acquiring an indepth knowledge of the equipmentsuppliers leading to an effective control of the supplier, o Identifying the suppliers risks and proposing mitigation actions, o Setting shortterm recovery plans and ensuring local followupsupport to development plans, o Performing the annual suppliers evaluation with appropriate support, o Authorising payment release, after validation of the compliance of deliveries by the stakeholders, o Helpingmanaging the development of the suppliers, when necessary. This role will involve some travel for business once a month worldwide for a week and as such you must be able to travel accordingly. We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience Educated to a degree level or equivalent, ideally in Mechanical Engineering andor Thermal Engineering, 5 years of experience in mechanicalthermal andor manufacturing engineering FAL, AIT, Automotive, etc., Knowledge of Thermal and Structural equipmenttechnologies panel manufacturing, machining, carbon structures, etc., Initial experience in equipment procurement andor project managementcoordination, Knowledge of mass production constraints in automotive, aeronautics, etc. would be a plus, Ideally, knowledge of contract negotiation and supplier development, Interpersonal skills to drive projects within an international environment, Excellent communication and coordination skills, Good leadership skills, Proactive and independent approach, ability to take decisions, Negotiation level of English French would be a plus.
