Operating in 1.7–2.2 GHz frequency range, 8-bit UltraCMOS® PE44820 is suited for optimizing transmission phase angle in wireless infrastructure and radar markets. Monolithic device covers phase range of 358.6° in 1.4° steps with phase accuracy of +3°. Offered in 32-lead 5 x 5 x 0.85 mm QFN package, product has low RMS phase error of 1° and low RMS amplitude error of 0.1 dB. Integrated digital control interface supports serial and parallel programming of phase setting.

Well, the delay depends on the values of the resistors and the capacitance of the nodes. It works well for resistors near a low-capacitance input, but be careful in bidirectional applications.
