A thief with a taste for surf and turf stole lobster, shrimp and steak from a Whole Foods Market on the day before Thanksgiving, according to a police report. Officers arrested Michael Parascandola, 50, at the Whole Foods at Third Street and Third Avenue after he shoplifted 10 lobster tails worth $200, three rib-eye steaks valued at $60 and an undisclosed amount of frozen shrimp worth $96 on Nov. 26 about 3:30 p.m., police said.
Greene County man charged with damaging natural gas well pad

A Greene County man has been indicted on charges of damaging a natural gas well pad owned by a Chevron subsidiary. Prosecutors said that on March 26 he damaged the Burchianti Pad, which has five natural gas wells run by Chevron.
