SINGAPORE: For cheating his clients of cash and property, a former real estate agent was on Thursday sentenced to 38 months' jail. Lau Wing Kuan, 40, pleaded guilty to three charges, one each for cheating, criminal breach of trust and forging a document of valuable security.
