Suited for automotive and other industrial parts, Chemlon® 109 HBK778 provides notched Izod impact strength of 18 kJ/m2 at -40°C and flexural strength of 52 MPa. At -10°C, product still provides nearly as much impact resistance as it exhibits at room temperature. Compound delivers optimized cold-weather performance for injection molded applications, including fasteners, fuel can nozzles, cable ties, living hinges, and sports equipment.

Offered in 0.045, 0.052, and 1/16 in. dia, FabCO® 812-Ni1M wire can be used for all-position welding in single- or multi-pass applications. Low alloy wire, operating with shielding gas blend of 70%–80% argon and balance of CO2, creates welds with tensile strength of 93,000 psi and yield strength of 80,000 psi. Meeting NACE requirements, wire creates weld deposit containing <1% nickel and <248 HV10 hardness. Product exhibits minimized diffusible hydrogen levels and moisture pickup.

Designed for die attach and general circuit assembly applications, CA-180 cures in 30 min at 80°C, 3 min at 100°C or 10 sec at 150°C with electrical conductivity of 4 x 10-5 ohm-cm. This low-temperature cure conductive adhesive has 48 hr work life and 12,000 cP viscosity at 5 rpm for facilitated needle dispensing or application by pin transfer. Applications include those where components are temperature-sensitive and require high conductivity interconnects.
