Telegraph: David Cameron has said that 6 billion of British taxpayers' money is to be spent tackling global climate change, promising that the UK will play its part. PepsiCo R&D chief: 'Over $6bn in net revenue is coming from innovation'

A US paper-manufacturing giant is weighing a A 6bn-plus takeover bid for Ireland's Smurfit Kappa as a wave of global deals fuelled by cheap debt continues to gather pace.
