As of today, the children of downtown Vallejo have a new, produce-centered play structure, right in front of the area's new Grocery Outlet store, thanks to a Super Bowl 50-related grant, it was announced. The Vallejo Community Arts Foundation was awarded a $17,000 grant from 50 Fund and the NFL Foundation, in partnership with KaBOOM!, to create and install a play sculpture for kids in downtown Vallejo, organizers said.
