The University of Vermont says it will keep its bottled water sales ban in place, after a study suggested the policy increased sugary drink consumption and failed to reduce waste. It will introduce Coca-Cola Freestyle machines with reusable cups and a free water option in its dining facilities, saying the study shows how important convenience is in beverage choice.

Operating income for the huge Sweden-based appliance company rose to $108 million for the latest quarter, swinging from a loss of $13.5 million in the second quarter in 2014.
