Cree Stock Is Down in After-Hours Trading on Earnings Miss

Cree reported earnings of 22 cents a share for the fiscal third quarter, below analysts' estimates of 23 cents a share. Revenue grew 1.1% year over year to $409.5 million for the fiscal third quarter, above analysts' estimates of $405.77 million.

Singtel-Optus to delist from ASX amid low trading volumes

Singtel chief corporate officer Jeann Low says its move to quit the Australian Securities Exchange is not a precursor to selling Optus and has pledged to keep Australians on its board without watering down the information it reveals about local operations. Optus is Australia's second-largest telecommunications provider and will quit the ASX from May 2015 onwards, citing low trading volumes on the local exchange.
