ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY As the Technical Product Manager Engineer, you will scope, define, and plan all aspects of global communication service using immediate and future O3b mPOWER system capabilities as a central value premise. This role will be responsible for working with the O3b mPOWER Product Lead and Segment Market Managers to guide, define, and capture product and technical requirements PRD and ERD documentation. You will also be responsible for working with the Product Line Management team to guide and inform scope, schedule, and budget starting from market assessment and product definition through engineering, IT, and operational fulfillment. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES KEY RESULT AREAS Capture, prioritize, and document product offerings vs. time with clear strategic premise against existing and future competition Align scope, schedule, and budget with Engineering, IT, and Market Manager resources Develop product and technical specification to for service launch and postlaunch updates technical roadmap Develop marketpremise testing methods to ensure product value premise is aligned with market behaviors, including anticipated competitive responses Develop and document all elements required to deliver the service to customers from equipment supply and logistics to postlaunch operational support leadtoorder, provisioning, monitoring, reporting, billing, etc. Plan and validate delivery, integration test, and postlaunch support for all the elements required in product delivery and operation working with relevant teams Develop, document, and report metrics of successKPIs for product Market modeling and analysis using large data sets to investigatevalidate product premises and estimate performance Explain complex concepts to nontechnical stakeholders COMPETENCIES Problem solving Analytical Innovation Team work Selfmotivated Prioritization Verbal and written communication Global cultural awareness QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE Required Seniority will be based on experience Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related scientificengineering field 24 years of experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related scientificengineering field A combination of education and experience will be considered Experience in defining and aligning product requirements across multiple elements of complex technical systems Experience with communications data service products including CPE, Core Network Architecture, Provisioning, OSSBSS integration, Orchestration, Monitoring Reporting, andor NOCTACField services Advanced proficiency in English, other languages beneficial 20 international and domestic travel Preferred Proficiency with datadriven modeling analysis Excel, GIS, etc. Experience with modern network architectures including terrestrial and cloud Experience with product within competitive market structures in the satellite and terrestrial industries Experience with HW Virtualization, particularly in cloudbased implementations Experience with Agile methodologies Apply HERE

The OPEN Preparation Environment OPEN is supporting the preparation of tailoring data for European Ground Systems Common Core EGSCC based systems. Being a software framework, OPEN is meant to be the foundation of larger software products which are provided to end users, such as AIT engineers or operators. The OPEN framework was born from an ESA initiative to streamline and harmonise EGSCC based preparation environments for spacecraft and ground stations operations teams to manage tailoring data required to operate the data systems. OPEN can however do much further and answer needs for all EGSCCbased system users.
