Civil penalty proposed by FAA against Hawaiian Airlines, Inc. involves alleged operation of one Boeing 767-300 not in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations. Supposedly, Hawaiian operated said aircraft 5,000+ times, between July 2004 and July 2012, when it was not in compliance with July 2000 Airworthiness Directive requiring inspections of engine thrust reverser components.
