The move comes a couple of years after T-Mobile's similar plan and with Google's no-roaming network looming. Sprint on Friday announced the availability of International Value Roaming, giving U.S. customers the ability to text and go online at 2G speeds for no extra charge in 15 countries, and to make international voice calls from those countries for $0.20 per minute.
