Gaye Adams Massey , formerly one of the top attorneys at UnitedHealth Group Inc., will be the new CEO at YWCA St. Paul. Adams Massey spent 13 years at Minnetonka-based UnitedHealth, joining as the first general counsel for its Ovations subsidiary and rising to be senior deputy general counsel and chief administrative officer.
