Offered in 16 AWG to 500 kcmil sizes, TOPFLEX-EMV-UV-3 PLUS 2XSLCYK-J is constructed using 3 conductor plus 3 symmetrical ground configuration. Using 3 conductor plus full-size ground structure, TOPFLEX-EMV-UV-2XSLCYK-J comes in 16 AWG to 350 kcmil sizes. Both models offer conductor temperature resistance of 90°C, which maximizes current load rating. OD aids installation in tight spaces due to cable's max bending radius, and double-shielded cables are jacketed using PVC compound.

Operating from -40 to +75°C, Flexalloy 9616-94 has 73 Shore C hardness (94 Shore A) rating and oxygen index of 38%. Elastomer provides crush and impact resistance and UV stability for such uses as mining cable as well as flame retardance for such applications as industrial Ethernet. With max continuous operating rating of 105°C and oxygen index of 35%, oil- and chemical-resistant Flexalloy 9617-79 consists of 79 Shore A compound with plasticizer and high-molecular-weight PVC polymer.

Available with Shore D hardness from 47–53 and LOI of 40%–45%, Halguard® 58600 Series is suited for use in subway, mass transit, cell tower, and other infrastructure applications as well as internal wiring in electrical and electronic equipment. These halogen-free, flame retardant (HFFR) compounds can pass flame tests such as UL 1685 FT4 or UL1666 (depending on overall cable design) but exhibit comparable or superior UL94 performance on their own.
