The Federal Communications Commission filed a reply brief today in defense against claims by NAFCU and others that the commission's interpretation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act is too broad in its definition of an "autodialer." NAFCU is an intervenor-petitioner in the suit, which was filed by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and seeks a review of the FCC order.
