Siliconware Precision Industry Ltd. should be given a chance to receive investment from China-funded Tsinghua Unigroup, said Terry Guo, founder of the world's biggest electronic device manufacturer, Saturday. Tsinghua Unigroup has proposed to buy new shares to be released by SPIL, making it the packager's biggest shareholder with a 25 percent stake.
