GM: 152 reports of ignition key issues in Saturn Vue recall

General Motors' recall of 215,000 Saturn Vue SUVs for ignition problems followed a series of meetings between the Detroit automaker and the federal auto safety agency, documents released Friday show. In early August, GM said it was recalling 215,000 2002-04 Saturn VUEs - including 205,000 in the United States - that have ignition keys that may be able to be removed from the ignition switch while it is not in the 'off' position.
