CGI is looking for a number of Java developers to work primarily in their busy and interesting Space team based in Leatherhead. You will be developing software in a commercial environment, in applications for engineering or highassurance systems so previous experience in this area is essential. Your role will also involve Producing documentation associated with the development activities in line with European Space Agency ESA standards and procedures Reporting progress and issues to project management Possible occasional support on site in Europe Germany, Italy, NL may be required Producing documentation associated with the development activities in line with European Space Agency ESA standards and procedures The role will require UK Security Clearance to SC level so you must be willing and eligible to obtai n this level of clearance if you do not already do so. You should ideally hold a University degree in computer science, maths, physics or engineering or other numerate subject. Red Hat plans to take a greater role in the community developing CentOS, in the hope of attracting more paying customers to Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), the distribution on which CentOS is based.
