This role includes the opportunity for some occasional international travel to client sites, especially within Europe. Starting salaries depend on the current level of expertise and experience. CGI is looking for a number of Java developers to work primarily in their busy and interesting Space team based in Leatherhead. You will be developing software in a commercial environment, in applications for engineering or highassurance systems so previous experience in this area is essential. Your role will also involve Producing documentation associated with the development activities in line with European Space Agency ESA standards and procedures Reporting progress and issues to project management Possible occasional support on site in Europe Germany, Italy, NL may be required Producing documentation associated with the development activities in line with European Space Agency ESA standards and procedures The role will require UK Security Clearance to SC level so you must be willing and eligible to obtai n this level of clearance if you do not already do so.
