Is control by "the marketplace of ideas" a better fit for a free society? How are free speech and privacy often diametrically opposed — and how do we balance them? In a talk entitled "May Government Control Our Speech and Expression, and If So, How and When?," First Amendment lawyer Duane Bosworth explains these tensions in today's society.
