Intended for smartphone and tablet charger applications, V10PN50 and V15PN50 are 50 V TMBS® Trench MOS Barrier Schottky rectifiers that combine forward voltage drop down to 0.40 V typ at 10 A and 0.41 V typ at 15 A with optimized leakage current in slim TO-277A (SMPC) package. Rectifiers feature 1.1 mm profile and have max operation junction temperature of +150°C and MSL moisture sensitivity level of 1, per J-STD-020, LF max peak of 260°C.
