Main responsibilities For our activities in ESTEC, we are currently looking for a Technology Content Communication Officer. Ideal candidate The candidate should have a Technical degree BSc, Diploma or equivalentfrom a recognised Institution or equivalent and have a minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience Senior level of technical and scientific writing skills and very good command of the English language orally and in particular in written Excellent analytical, organisational and reporting skills, a proactive attitude to solving problems and a solid proficiency in IT tools Ability to manage a large number of documents and to synthesize information Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and customer focus Ability to work autonomously, effectively and cooperatively in a diverse and international team environment Previous experience in synthesising and editing articles with technical content would be also an asset Previous experience on supporting the management of Technology Programmes as well as on Agencys practices and processes would be a distinct advantage. Legal and Security Requirements All applicants must be legally allowed to work in The Netherlands Applicants are required to provide a copy of their passport and degree certificate. Prior to issuing a letter of employment the applicant shall provide to Aurora a recent official document declaring that they are of good conduct from the country where currently resident. Location The work will be performed at the European Space Technology and Research Centre ESTEC at Noordwijk, The Netherlands. Contract The selected candidate will receive good remuneration in line withESA Job Class. Will be registered for both social security and tax in the Netherlands. The standard working hours are 40 per week. There are 12 public holidays and an additional 30 annual days holiday.
