Offered in 8- and 14-pin packages down to 2 x 3 mm, ATtiny102/104 are 8-bit MCUs with 1kB Flash memory that run up to 12 MIPS at 12 MHz. Integrated features include non-volatile data storage, internal oscillator accurate to ±3%, and high-speed serial communication with USART. Operating from 1.8–5.5 V, products also feature 10-bit ADC with internal voltage references, analog comparator, and sleep currents of <100 nA in power down mode with SRAM retention.
