India Apparel Exports (Quarterly Report)

India's apparel exports have fallen by 65% in the second quarter of the year in US$ terms, reflecting the dramatic impact of the pandemic on the global market. Shipments have fallen at an increasingly slower pace in April, May, and June, however. Our statistical series provide a comprehensive view of India's knit and woven clothing exports in the last months per market destination in volume and US$ terms. First quarter data are published for knit, woven and total apparel exports. US and EU imports from India per product category are released, with volume, value, and unit value changes. All data are available for download.

Apparel brands reiterate concerns over India labour law proposals
