You will be based at GSAs premises located in Toulouse, France. Tasks and Activities As a consultant for our customer, the scope of work will include Provide security support to EGNOS exploitation programme. Provide security engineering support to the preparation, evolution and maintenance of the security accreditation files for EGNOS system and sites. Provide security support to ensure compliance to the established EGNOS security requirements and follow up of the corresponding actions Provide support and technical advice to GSA procurement processes. Support GSA in monitoring its subcontractors on their security related actives to ensure the compliancy of the security requirements. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory You have a Masters Degree in the relevant discipline You have at least 3 years of experience in accreditation of critical infrastructures airport, harbour, nuclear centres etc. You have experience with hardware aspect Civil work, Racks, Electronic System for physical security Preferably, you already have some experience in the Space Engineering domain, having worked according to the ECSS standards. Good understanding of risk analysis. The tasks of the Site Infrastructure Engineer comprise, but are not limited to, the following Support in the definition of requirements for site infrastructure, power and cooling systems Monitoring and guide, for ESA and under ESA responsibility, the development and procurement activities contracted to external industries this includes the definition of tasks, the engineering analysis review, the production, the acceptance and the handover for use for spacecraft operations Onsite supervision of enhancement and maintenance of site infrastructure activities buildings, power, cooling Participation in the definition, execution and evaluation of pre development studies by Industrial Contractors, related to site infrastructure, power and cooling systems Engineering support to adhoc corrective maintenance and operation tasks, during problem finding and rectification, requiring specific technical background in site infrastructure, power and cooling. The work will be performed primarily at the ESOC premises in Darmstadt, Germany, and will involve frequent and sometimes long duration travelling to locations worldwide. This is a fulltime position as a Terma employee for an placement at ESOC of 3 years, with a possible extension of 2 years.
