Au sein de la Business Unit Espace, le dpartement FMO Flight Mission Operations se focalise sur les thmatiques de centres de contrle satellite, mcanique spatiale, programmation mission et navigation. Nous recherchons un Ingnieur Navigation GALILEO EGNOS HF afin de renforcer nos quipes. Au sein dune quipe ddie du ple navigation, vous prendrez part aux dveloppements industriels dans le domaine GNSS Global Navigation Satellite System et SBAS Satellite Based Augmentation System. Vous interviendrez notamment sur les systmes europens, respectivement GALILEO et EGNOS. Sous la responsabilit dun Chef de projet, vous participerez aux activits suivantes Analyse des besoins client, Dfinition des spcifications fonctionnelles et de la conception architecturale, Dveloppement dalgorithmes scientifiques et de logiciels en langage C tempsrel, Elaboration des tests unitaires, du plan dintgration, de validation fonctionnelle et de qualification, Rdaction de la documentation associe. Ingnieur de formation ou quivalent universitaire, avec une spcialisation dans le spatial dont les systmes GNSS GPS, GALILEO, EGNOS, vous bnficiez dune exprience dau moins 3 ans un poste similaire. Le contexte de travail est GNSS et en particulier GNSS augmentation systems . Une exprience dans ce domaine et de bonnes connaissances du systme EGNOS sont demandes. De plus, une maitrise des techniques de base de lingnierie lies lalgorithmique est demande Codage, dveloppement, tests, Intgration, vrification, validation, Connaissances sur larchitecture des logiciels temps rels embarqus, Performances informatiques accs donnes, excution, utilisation des ressources, qualit numrique. Vous maitrisez le langage C et idalement les normes aronautiques telle que la norme DO278. Vous savez communiquer en anglais, tant loral qu lcrit. Image Navigation and Registration Engineer

An opportunity for an Image Navigation and Registration Engineer has arisen to join our Image, Navigation, Registration and Calibration Competence Area. This is a specialist role but one which offers great opportunities for professional development, processing the latest high resolution satellite imagery. In this role you will provide support to the development and operations of the EUMETSAT Polar System Second Generation EPSSG system in the area of image, navigation and registration INR and geometrical algorithm processing. The role is likely to evolve to cover other EUMETSAT systems or operations in development. Your primary responsibilities will include developing the INR processing functionality of all EPSSG instrument missions based on deliverables from space and ground segment development programmes, ensuring that we meet the requirements on geometric quality and performance. You will also be involved in maintaining, refining and prototyping INR models for EPSSG instruments and following up and supporting INR aspects of the industrial development of the EPSSG ground segment including reviews, testing, monitoring and advising on the resolution of deviations. Acquiring and transferring knowledge for all EPSSG INR aspects from industry to EUMETSAT is an important requirement of the role in addition to developing, maintaining and procuring INRrelated test tools, software and databases and INR data processing and support, as necessary. You will additionally support system engineering activities and studies in the area of INR and geometrical processing and contribute to testing activities. Alongside a university degree in a relevant discipline, such as Aerospace Engineering, Physics or Remote Sensing, you should be able to demonstrate an expert knowledge of INR methodologies and techniques preferably in low Earth orbit and also possess experience with specification, development and verification of INR processor software and the use of INRrelated libraries.. Proficiency in a highlevel programming language e.g. CC is required. Familiarity with mission data processing of spaceborne instruments, understanding of Flight Dynamic concepts, and Kknowledge of relevant engineering standards e.g. ECSS would be considered an advantage.
