Another coyote made its way into Manhattan early Sunday, spotted outside the Consolidated Edison power plant on the East River and ultimately captured by police in nearby Stuy Town, Police shot the coyote with a tranquilizer dart and secured it with a long catch pole before moving it into a dog crate.

Pabst lawsuit back before City Council

The City Council is once again scheduled to consider suing the Pabst Brewing Company for copyright infringement involving the landmark "Portland, Oregon" sign at its Wednesday meeting. A resolution authorizing the lawsuit is on the council's Jan. 28 agenda.
