Pabst lawsuit back before City Council

The City Council is once again scheduled to consider suing the Pabst Brewing Company for copyright infringement involving the landmark "Portland, Oregon" sign at its Wednesday meeting. A resolution authorizing the lawsuit is on the council's Jan. 28 agenda.
