Car crash deaths decreased 29 percent from 29,994 to 21,268 during the same period.

PA and Safety Support Engineer Key Tasks and Responsibilities You will support the Euclid PA Safety Manager in conducting, monitoring assessing the implementation of the PA Safety Programme. This includes support to any or all of the following activities Establishing the PAS requirements baseline for all elements of the project Reviewing contractors plans, specifications and effort proposed for the execution of the project PAS programme Support the tender evaluation process Support the Risk Management and Configuration Management process Monitoring project PA status and identify relevant PA issues Produce monthly reports of monitoring activities performed Assessing the implementation of PAS requirements by contractors Participate in the Boards established within the project for the disposition of NonconformancesFailure Reviews, Test Reviews, etc. Guiding and monitoring the application and procurement of EEE parts, materials and processes and controlling implementation of applicable requirements Monitoring the manufacturing, integration and test activities with quality assurance audits Defining the formal acceptance requirements and conducting the Acceptance Reviews of all contractual deliverable items Supporting the organisation management of the support from all PA disciplines Controlling NCRWaiversProblemsCritical Items PA for the verification, qualification, acceptance delivery activities Reporting on project PA status Participate in progress and CCBmeetings, project reviews including safety reviews Review ESA Alerts and ESA IPNs for potential impact on the project Support the Satellite and Instrument Primes in monitoring the manufacturing, integration and test activities. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline Several years of experience in Product Assurance and Quality Assurance in the Aerospace domain Proven knowledge of Configuration Management or the implementation of Product Assurance within a quality system certified to ISO 9001 would be an asset Good interpersonal, organisation and communication skills, with the ability to work in a diverse team environment Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
