This 8-Bit Digitally Controlled Phase Shifter covers the 500MHz to 2.0GHz frequency range and features a 500nsec switching speed, a ±10 degrees phase shift error, a less than ±1dB amplitude error, 360 degrees of phase shift through 8-Bit TTL control, and a typical insertion loss of 10dB. This phase shifter operates on ±15VDC and is supplied in a housing measuring 4.95" x 3.38" x 1.00".
