The contested funds are being held as part of a New South Wales police investigation into alleged bribery of CBA executives that saw tech firm ServiceMesh win a major contract with the bank in 2013, shortly before being acquired for $260 million by CSC.

American Apparel Inc. says it is suing former Chief Executive Dov Charney for violating a standstill agreement he made with the company when he left in December. In the lawsuit filed in Delaware Court of Chancery, the Los Angeles-based retailer said that Charney, who was ousted over allegations of misconduct and misuse of funds, is wrongfully interfering with company operations and sabotaging its relationships with vendors and lenders, reported Bloomberg .

A West Hollywood woman sued insurer Anthem Blue Cross for refusing to cover the cost of an expensive drug that she says would cure her hepatitis C infection. Shima Andre said in the lawsuit that Anthem has refused to pay the estimated $99,000 it would cost to be treated with the controversial drug Harvoni, which has been shown to destroy the deadly virus in most patients.
