Wireless Communications Systems Network Management Engineer Applicants should have relevant experience in the development of Network Management Systems in Wireless andor Satellite Communications General Requirements 10 to 15 years experience within a manufacturing andor operators environment specifying and developing network and spectrum management systems. Experience in working closely with customers to develop and document requirements Confident and experienced in performing tradeoffs and participating in design reviews within a large multi company project Good written and verbal communications skills Ability to support make buy decisions including issuing and evaluating RFIs and RFPs Areas of required experience Experience in control plane and management layer protocols Knowledge of and experience in resource management Experience with both real time and off line resource and spectrum management control and planning tools Experience with Element Management systems in large distributed networks Knowledge of Network Security requirements and processes Knowledge of Network Management Standards. Note Experience with and knowledge of working in an Advanced Cellular environment with knowledge including LTE would be an asset as would direct knowledge working with satellite communications systems
